Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Our carriers will only deliver goods to the delivery address on their document.
Upon receipt please check the number of cartons and sign for the goods "unexamined". If any damage is apparent please sign as "damaged". Shortages and/or damage must be reported to us in writing WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS otherwise we reserve the right to retain payment. If damage has been sustained please retain all packaging, as our carriers will refuse to uplift unpackaged goods.
If you wish to collect goods from us, please state this on your order together with the name and telephone number of the person who will be collecting them. This person will be contacted once the goods are ready for collection.
Occasionally we will hand-deliver goods to locations close to our premises. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Children's clothing is exempt but some accessories and gift-wear are not. |

If you're not completely satisfied, please tell us about it so that we can put the situation right and do better next time! You can return an unused/unworn product to us within 28 days for a full refund. For hygine reasons, briefs and duvet sets are non-returnable

Returns Policy We have an 'open' returns policy for faulty products, and will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period. When returning a product, please tell us the reason you are returning the product, as this really helps us to improve our service to you. We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
If you are returning an item, or order, with a value above £50 please call our order line to discuss the ways in which you can return the order. If the error was ours, we'll refund the full cost of returning the product to us.
